Guide to HTC HD2 docks and desk stands
One of the hottest accessories around at the moment for the HTC HD2 is a desk stand or dock. There are a few different styles available, so I thought I’d run through our most popular HTC HD2 Docks and highlight some of the differences between them.
Mercury Desk Stand For The HTC HD2
The Mercury Desk Stand is available on it’s own and also features in theHTC HD2 Platinum Pack. While the stand on it’s own won’t charge or sync your phone, it has built in cable holders to keep your data cable close to hand and is a great way to show off your HTC HD2 to everyone in the office.
HTC HD2 Desktop Charging Cradle
Straight forward and simple, just drop your HD2 into the charging cradle and it will charge and sync with your PC.
This cradle is a great way to charge your phone and a spare battery at the same time. Like the desktop cradle mentioned above, it connects to a spare USB port on any PC or laptop and will allow you to sync your phone with your computer while it charges. If you have a second battery for your phone this will save you the hassle of having to keep swapping the batteries over, just to charge them.
Deluxe HTC HD2 Desktop Charging Cradle
The Deluxe cradle is similar in many ways to the one shown above, but has a classier, glossy finish and a fold down cover that hides the battery charging port when not in use. It will sync and charge your phone at the same time and holds your phone at the perfect angle for reading emails and text messages.

HTC HD2 Car Docking Kit – CU S400
Who says that car holders have to be dull? Certainly not HTC! The CU S400 Car Upgrade Kit is a stylish way to mount your HD2 in the car. The Dock part of the kit consists of a holder for the phone and a rotating mount that you connect a car charger on to. What’s even more interesting is that when docked, the HD2 automatically goes into car mode, switching to a landscape ‘navipanel’ with larger icons to make it easier to use while driving.

Genuine HTC HD2 Extended Battery
You might be wondering why a battery is listed in a HD2 Desk Stands post, but as well as being an extended battery for the HTC HD2, the replacement back cover for your phone has a built in desk stand. This makes it a great choice if you enjoy watching videos on your phone as it gives you an ‘always with you’ desk stand and an extra battery too.

Yes I need the weather on the home srceen with information updates, sure I would like contacts visable at any given time, I desire a teach app, a flight app, a highway congestion status app and yes I desire a phone so they can reply to my each command and now not hang/freeze or shutdown like my present Nokia E72 or my earlier Blackberry Bold.

most battery chargers do not have an automatic termincation if the batteries are fully charged already :
