HTC Photon to be the HTC HD Mini

Rumours of a new device to be announced by HTC at Mobile World Congress are starting, with a number of tweets mentioning the HTC HD Mini.
Sina.com.cn believes the device will be the HTC Photon, leaked in December 2009.
The HTC Photon features a 3.2 inch Half-VGA capacitive screen, Windows Mobile 6.5 and 600 Mhz Qualcomm MSM7227 processor, so in most ways seem to be a low-end HTC HD2.
