It’s running with the Qualcomm MSM7227 CPU clocked at 600MHz. It has 384MB RAM, 512MB of ROM, and microSD memory expansion (with no card included). It also has WiFi, Bluetooth, aGPS, FM Radio, and a 5.0MP camera on back with no flash. The capacitive multitouch screen is 3.2″, but is only 480×320 resolution, making certain icons appear grainy.

The cards will be available today (March 23, 2010) in the US and Europe at launch and worldwide availability will follow.
